Cooking Team Building vs Cooking Class?
So why the confusion?
If it looks like a duck, quacks like a duck, must be a duck, right?
The Chrysler 300 is often mistaken for a Bentley until a Bentley pulls up. Yes, they both get you to your destination, they both have four tires, but that’s as far as the similarities go.
Our cooking team buildings are similar to a cooking class in that they both use food. After that, the differences are many. First and most importantly, a culinary team building program is built upon a team building training matrix, meaning it provides challenges to your group that are reflected from your team’s training objectives. In simple terms, the focus is on your people, your learning experiences, your team building training take-aways and your ability to bond like a world-class team!

Who We Are |
It's ironic that we have created a website that serves as a tool for our event planning partners and outside training companies that doesn't mention our company brand, our team's names or even a bit about our founder because we have always believed that who we really are is represented by our customers who we serve. So who we are is a training and development company that is honored and humbled to have the opportunity to work with so many elite companies and especially the people who work at these companies. Even though we are supposed to be the ones teaching our clients about engaging communication, or contemporary leadership skills or even world class team effectiveness, we believe that we, the teachers, become the students, through experiencing the amazing accomplishments and perseverance of the people we work with. In other words, we are the sum of the passion, focus and intelligence of the people we have the honor of training.

Our History |
We formed our company in the high tech culture of Silicon Valley in 1995 with one simple idea, to offer a cooking team building experience with something that is familiar to all, food and cooking but that challenges a work team to surpass what they think that they can accomplish together and to take that new belief and apply it to their own workplace projects and day to day life in the corporate world.
We still retain that original idea and expanded on ways to experience this empowering purpose with authoring two books on teamwork and leadership, offer a larger variety of cooking team building programs that focus on specific themes like competition or philanthropy and the addition of keynote speaking and executive coaching. We will soon offer on-line leadership training that can be paired up with any of our experiential programs to create what is referred to in the training and development world as "hybrid training". This will give our customers the best of both worlds, repetition training to really hone those important leadership skills while experiencing a world class, in-person impact training. What is next? Who knows. We are always listening to the needs of our clients and ready to create programs that will fill those needs and make their companies more effective, enjoyable and ultimately more profitable. |
